The purpose of these policies is that the client becomes aware of the way we work, and there should be no misunderstanding between us. Our customer support staff is always available to resolve your query that you might have with regarding the following-stated policies:

Order delivery problems

• We make certain that on-time delivery takes place for every order
• If there is going to be delay in delivering any order, our customer support will inform the client before the due date.
• The deadline is changed when the client fails to send the appropriate guidelines for the order on time.
• A partial or full refund becomes applicable for the client, if the order is not delivered timely and no communication has been done for the reason behind it.

Revision Policy

• Clients are allowed to have unlimited revisions
• If the paper requires minor changes, the revision time would be 24 hours.
• If the paper requires major changes, such as changing the entire paper, the revision time would be 48 to 72 hours.
• Client is allowed to revision on the content that is part of the paper.
• New information provided by the client will be considered as new work, and client will be charged for it accordingly.
